Minutes of Meeting Wednesday, June 7, 2006
Town Hall Hearing Room, 7:00 p.m.
Present: Gerald Parent, Barbara Gray, David Rowell, Alfred Pickard, Stephen Oliver; Rex Peterson, Assistant Town Administrator
Absent: R. Dennis O’Connell, Benjamin Gitlow
Vice-Chairman Gerald Parent called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
DSD 06-04, Cortes
Signing of the Definitive Subdivision for Cortes at 1165 State Highway Route 6 and 71 & 25 Goss Lane (Map 36, Parcels 15, 16 & 17) was postponed at the request of the owner.
ANR #06-04, White, 80 Long Ave. & 80 H St. (Map 30, Parcels 117 & 118)
Richard Lay of Slade Associates, Inc. came forward to present the ANR on behalf of Robert & Mitzi White, trustees of Trust B of the James R. White Trust for 80 Long Ave. and 80 H St. (Map 30, Parcels 117 & 118). The proposal was to join the two lots together. The assessor’s map shows a larger area because of the mean high water mark. Pickard moved deem the plan an ANR. Gray seconded. The motion to endorse the ANR carried 5-0, and the Board signed the plan.
Non-Conforming Lots – Draft bylaw
The Board considered discussing O’Connell’s suggested revisions suggestions which had been mailed out in advance, but they decided that he would want to be a part of the discussion. Parent gave background information on buildable lots and non-conforming lots.
CPTC Workshop Suggestions
Citizen Planner Training Conference had sent out a survey asking for suggestions for topics for its fall session. Barbara Gray said she’d like to see the topic of nonconforming structures and uses. She also suggested paper roads as a topic. The Board discussed some of the paper roads that exist in Wellfleet.

Gray moved to approve the minutes of May 17, 2006. Rowell seconded, and the motion carried 5-0
Other Business
At the next meeting PB will consider the Planning Board fee schedule.
Adjournment
Gray moved to adjourn. Pickard seconded, and the motion carried 6-0. The meeting adjourned at 7:35 p.m.
